Amazon Leo Hits Satellite Milestone

Amazon has successfully deployed 29 additional satellites via a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket, bringing its total operational constellation to over 390. The company has established contact with the new units and is currently raising them to their 392-mile operational altitude.

This launch marks the final Atlas V mission for the project. Amazon plans to transition to ULA’s heavy-lift Vulcan vehicle to accelerate deployment and support service rollout later this year.
