Threads Tests Podcast Transcription Feature

Meta is testing a new feature on Threads that automatically generates transcriptions for podcast audio clips. The tool displays text directly over the audio, allowing users to read along while the content plays.

Threads head Connor Hayes confirmed the experiment, noting that the company is developing additional tools to support audio creators. The feature is currently in testing and has no confirmed release date.
