Waymo Launches Robotaxi Service in Three New Cities

Waymo officially opened its fully autonomous robotaxi service to the public in Denver, San Diego, and Tampa on September 1, 2026. The company is granting access to riders who previously joined waitlists in these locations, with plans to expand availability over time.

This expansion brings the total number of U.S. cities where Waymo provides driverless trips to 14.
