Nvidia Launches PAIR for Distributed AI Processing

Nvidia has released PAIR, or Personal AI Router, an open-source tool designed to accelerate AI agents by offloading subtasks to other computers on a local network. The software functions as a proxy, assigning parallel subagents to available systems based on workload, model compatibility, and GPU bandwidth. It currently supports Ollama and LM Studio engines on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

The system entered beta on September 3, 2026, and is available on GitHub.
