Huawei Launches Mate XT2 Tri-Fold Smartphone

Huawei has officially unveiled the Mate XT2, a second-generation tri-fold smartphone featuring an inward-folding hinge mechanism. The device is powered by the in-house Kirin 9050 Pro chip and includes a 10.2-inch internal display alongside a 6.5-inch cover screen. It offers IP58 and IP59 water and dust resistance ratings.

The smartphone starts at 19,999 yuan, with a 1TB storage variant featuring an optional hardware-based privacy display priced at 24,999 yuan. Sales begin September 12.
