OpenAI to Test Visual Ads in ChatGPT

OpenAI will begin testing a new visual ad format within ChatGPT later this month for users in the United States. These advertisements will appear alongside images generated by the chatbot and will be clearly labeled to remain separate from the generated content.

The company stated that these ads will not influence ChatGPT’s responses. Paid subscribers, including Plus, Pro, and Enterprise users, will not see these advertisements.
