Epic Games Delays Disney Shooter for AI-First Pivot

Epic Games has delayed an unannounced shooter featuring Marvel and Star Wars characters to transition to an “AI-first” production model. Developers were instructed to stop writing manual code and instead utilize AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude, for programming and asset generation. The project was previously scheduled for a March 2027 launch.
