Anthropic Launches Reflect Dashboard for Claude

Anthropic has released a beta dashboard for Claude designed to help users track and analyze their AI usage habits. Accessible via settings on the web and desktop app, the tool provides summaries of activity over the past one to 12 months, including peak usage times and task types.

Users can set quiet hours or break reminders. The feature also includes prompts to encourage more intentional AI interaction.
