Stryker Completes First Surgery Using Apple Vision Pro App

Medical technology company Stryker successfully performed a hip arthroscopy at Duke Health using its SportSuite Vision application on the Apple Vision Pro headset. The software allows surgeons to view arthroscopic video, CT scans, and other clinical data within a customizable spatial computing environment during procedures.

The FDA granted De Novo authorization for the SportSuite Vision application on July 17.
