Microsoft is testing a new Disc2Digital feature for Xbox.

This tool allows users to insert a physical Xbox Series or One game disc to claim a digital copy tied to their Microsoft account. The digital version can then be played on other devices via Xbox Play Anywhere. If the user has a Game Pass subscription, the game can also be streamed via cloud gaming without taking up local storage space.
