Google Earth Adds Nano Banana AI

Google has integrated its Nano Banana 2 image generation model into the web version of Google Earth. Users can now select a location, tap a “create image” button, and use natural language prompts to generate custom visuals based on the map view. The feature is designed for tasks such as historical visualization, real estate planning, and creating infographics.

The update became available globally on July 30, 2026.
