LinkedIn Tests AI Slop Reporting Tool

LinkedIn is testing a new reporting feature that allows users to flag posts as “seems like AI slop.” The platform is also removing its “rewrite with AI” button, replacing it with a proofreading tool that does not alter the user’s original voice.

Flagged posts will receive reduced algorithmic reach. The company is using this data to improve its internal AI detection systems.
