Twitch Adds AI Training Opt-Out

Twitch has introduced a new setting allowing streamers to opt out of having their content used to train Amazon’s generative AI models. The platform automatically enabled this data collection for all users by default. Affected content includes live streams, VODs, clips, and channel chat logs.

Users can disable the feature within their account security settings. This change took effect on August 12, 2026.
