Apple Prepares Siri-Powered Smart Home Hub

Apple is reportedly nearing the launch of a new smart home display, internally codenamed J490. The device features a roughly 7-inch square touchscreen, an A18 chip, and 8 GB of RAM. It is designed to function as a central hub for home automation, video calls, and media, utilizing Siri AI for task execution and cross-device data retrieval.

The product is expected to be unveiled as early as October 2026.
