Microsoft Opens Preorders for Surface RTX Spark Dev Box

Microsoft has opened preorders for the Surface RTX Spark Dev Box, a desktop PC designed for local AI workflows. The device features an NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X chip, 128GB of unified memory, and 2TB of removable storage. It runs Windows 11 Pro and includes pre-installed developer tools such as Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, and Python.

The unit is priced at $6,000 and is scheduled to begin shipping in November.
