Amazon Increases Electronics Prices

Amazon has raised prices on several electronics, including Kindle e-readers, Echo smart speakers, and Fire TV devices, by up to 60%. The company attributed these adjustments to rising costs for memory and storage components, which have been impacted by high demand from the AI industry.
The Echo Dot saw the largest increase, rising from $50 to $80. Other products, such as the Kindle and Fire TV Stick HD, also experienced price hikes of 36% and 14%, respectively.
