Unsealed court documents reveal that Department of Homeland Security agents are using a Palantir database, known as Investigative Case Management, to compile dossiers on individuals observing or protesting Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations. These files reportedly contain sensitive information, including photographs and license plate numbers.

The disclosures emerged from a class action lawsuit involving an ICE operation that occurred in January.
