Paramount Completes $111 Billion Acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery

Paramount has finalized its $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, forming a new media entity named Skydance. The combined company, led by CEO David Ellison, integrates major film studios, streaming services including Paramount+ and HBO Max, and networks such as CNN and CBS.

Skydance shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SKYD on October 6, 2026.
