EVgo Announces 750kW Charging System

EVgo has unveiled a new 750-kilowatt electric vehicle charging system designed to support 10-minute recharges for compatible vehicles. The architecture utilizes the North American Charging Standard and features dynamic power sharing, an updated cable design, and a touchless payment interface.

The company is currently testing the system at its El Segundo, California lab with support from Delta Electronics. The final design is scheduled for release in 2027.
